Cleoo will analyse your business model, target audience, margins and overall online presence. Cleoo will also benchmark your company against the industry you are operating in (by using our historical data of other businesses operating in the same industry).
There is no commitment period, only a minimum budget to be allocated.
Yes, the Cleoo PPG product has a minimum budget of 2,000 £/$/CHF.
Cleoo uses all online platforms, internal channels, and other non-marketing channels (if this is applicable to your business model).
English, German and French.
Yes, Cleoo can target multiple locations per country via geotargeting and our AI.
Cleoo can generate leads via a free Cleoo-designed landing page or directly on your website.
A sales agent trained in a specific industry will call the lead and ask him or her the three qualification questions that you defined.
The internal Cleoo team will transfer the leads to you via email, a Google Sheet or a free Hubspot CRM.
You will have access to your personalized dashboard, where you will gain access to the creatives. You need to approve the creatives within 3 business days. After 3 days, Cleoo will assume the ads were approved.
The top-up equals the CAP (maximum amount charged to your card when your prepaid number of leads drops below the agreed threshold).
The guarantee is calculated based on your historical data. If you don’t have any historical data, we will run your campaign with your full budget for one month and create a benchmark.
There are no setup or fixed fees. You choose the budget and get a proposal with a guaranteed number of leads/online orders. If Elysa is able to outperform your current promotion (up to 25%) and reach the guarantee, she'll earn the remaining budget. If she misses her guarantee, she will keep your promotion running until the guarantee is reached.
The standard contract period for Elysa starts with a 12 or 24-month commitment period. Depending on your budget, we may also propose shorter contract periods. However, if Elysa doesn’t reach the guarantee for 2 cumulative months, you can give us a 1-month notice and step out of the contract.
No
The Elysa training period for all budgets is 3 months long.
Should Elysa's performance fall below the goal target that was set during the training period, any missing goals are automatically transferred to the campaign's "regular period" that follows the fixed training period.
The earliest time for you to get out of the contract is 2 months after the training period (if goals are not reached by then).
The break clause is only applicable following the training period, not during the training period.
Yes, Elysa can apply multiple targets per theme and 1 target per variation.
The main platforms that Elysa works with are Google, Facebook, Instagram & Bing. We will use every channel within these platforms to achieve the guarantee.
Elysa has the option to create ads at any given time, and when additional channels are added to the mix. These will be submitted for approval before being launched.
Yes, the calculation will be based on the current results you have on the channel you use.
It would be the same if, for example, a potential future customer only uses Facebook Lead campaigns.
Cleoo will give you access to Analytics & Tag Manager and viewing access on ad accounts only on request.
To make sure we provide you with quality leads, Cleoo created a point system attribution based on various criteria. Only leads with a score of 80% and above of the total criteria will be passed on to you. The lead rating will only be possible when Cleoo creates a landing page for you.
It is important for us to get these leads to you as quickly as possible so that you can respond while the lead is still hot. We have found email to be the most effective means for this. Once we're all set up, you will be able to receive your leads via email.
For now, this variable cannot be accurately factored in.
We would nevertheless expect that the ratio between high quality and low quality leads will remain the same after Elysa optimizes the campaign.
Cleoo cannot ensure this. It therefore follows that due to this lack of control, a goal guarantee for a campaign featuring an externally-managed landing page (i.e. where Cleoo does not provide a landing page) will be adjusted to be lower.
Broken tracking typically translates into the following scenario for Cleoo: spending money and generating results that are not tracked.
If tracking is broken, Cleoo considers that prorated goals are being achieved on a daily basis.
For example, if Cleoo guarantees 30 goals per month and the tracking was broken during 5 days without the campaign being paused, Cleoo assumes that 5 goals have been reached during this time.
Theme creation is fully within Cleoo's remit; Cleoo decides when it is needed.
For tiring ads or underperforming campaigns, Cleoo will not execute a new theme.
If you want a specific new promotion, you can opt for an add-on subscription:
- Elysa boost
- Elysa promo
Regular changes, like product changes, are acceptable.
Yes. The campaign will be paused once the cumulative goal target is reached.
Example Case: A client has signed for 30 leads per month:
Achieved:
Month 1: 15 leads
Month 2: 45 leads need to be achieved
The campaign will only stop once the goals of 60 leads has been achieved in a cumulative manner.

Unfortunately not. Cleoo has two dedicated campaign launch dates each month to help the team stay organised and focused on each campaign.
Creating and launching campaigns is complex work, from creative asset creation to ad account setup and tracking installation. All elements must adhere to strict quality control guidelines to ensure a successful campaign launch. Having dedicated campaign launch dates allows our team to ensure that every element is executed properly.
Cleoo will try to deliver leads as fast as possible; the timeframe will depend on the industry, the competition and the current market situation.
1) Accept our Facebook invitation (if you are using a Facebook account for your ads)
2) Account prepayment for the agreed amount
3) Creatives approval 3 days before the campaign starts
You will take advantage of our money back guarantee and receive a refund 3 months after your last prepayment. The amount equals to the outstanding number of leads Cleoo failed to generate multiplied by the agreed cost per lead.
A new subscription will be created, most likely with a higher price per lead.

The goals that contribute to your guarantee are outlined in the quotation that you signed.
In general, an online marketing goal must be trackable and linked to your Elysa campaign for Cleoo to consider it an option for your guarantee.
Examples of online marketing goals include:
- Website or landing page form submissions
- Phone calls linked to click to call buttons on websites or landing pages
The Training period is a ‘safe space' scheduled at the beginning of each campaign to allow Elysa (in coordination with Cleoo’s Customer Success team) to launch an initial campaign with the aim of exploring different strategies for generating the desired online marketing goals.
During the Training period, the goal guarantee is not strictly applied with regards to the Break Clause:
- Any monthly goals not met during the Training period will roll over to the Regular period
- The contract’s Break Clause only applies during the Regular period
The Training period affords Elysa the time to experiment and to scale up budget expenditure intelligently. This ensures that your budget is allocated to tried and tested goal generation strategies by the time the Training period finishes and the Regular period begins.
Elysa will work for some customers, but not all. Therefore, when we establish a mutually profitable collaboration with a customer we cannot then have that profitability re-negotiated downwards.
Profitable collaborations allow Cleoo to explore partnerships with different customers and helps us identify clients that we can establish a mutually profitable collaboration with.
Essentially, an Elysa campaign guarantees a customer a specific number of defined online marketing goals. You could interpret this as you having purchased a number of defined online marketing goals from Elysa each month.
Elysa must satisfy the type of goal guaranteed and the number of goals guaranteed. Elysa must thus be free to explore different strategies for meeting the goal guarantee; no limitations can be placed on Elysa in terms of how and when a campaign is funded.
If the goals are below target over an average of 3 consecutive months after the training period, you can use the break clause and cancel the contract with a 1-month notice.
No, the break clause is only applicable following the training period and not during the training period itself.
